It has been 4 months since I've made the move from the East Coast to the Pacific NorthWest... and it has been awesome!  The views have been spectacular and how can one ever get enough of it.  The snow-capped mountains, the glistening Lake Washington, the towering Evergreen trees.. I see why Seattle is called Emerald City--it sparkles in the summer.  These last few months have really been showcasing the best the West has to offer.  The weather is perfect--cool in the morning and abundant sunshine in the afternoon.  For sun-lovers, you'll just have to wait a few hours until you get to go out and get some rays.  The work outs have been so motivated by the spectacles that surround me.  The hikes up to the peaks of the Cascades have been so rewarding. The view of the Seattle skyline as I run on Alki Beach Trail has been very motivating.  The views around Lake Washington as I bike around it have been so calming and relaxing.  Needless to say, the move to the PNW has been filled with great excitement... even though I see Mount Rainier almost daily, that view still doesn't get old and it always feels like you're in the presence of something majestic.  But... check again this Fall and Winter when the cold, rainy, damp Seattle weather kicks in.  For now, check out some of the pics and blurbs I've done this summer.
